This straw yellow wine presents an expressive nose, typical of the auxerrois grape variety with undernotes of butter, nuts and mature yellow fruits. The nose is confirmed by the palate where we experience fruity notes like mirabelle (local plume). It is a well balanced wine, quite heavy but retains a subtle freshness. This wine complements well cheese dishes like quiches, cold starters and white meat.
