Lovers of nature, we opt for a culture that listens to it, that balances it. It is therefore quite naturally that we turned to organic farming and then to biodynamic agriculture which is distinguished from the first by its preparations such as horn silica, horn bousse, herbal teas ... but above all by restricting inputs.

The goal is to better understand the functioning of the vine, to protect it, to strengthen it so that it can flourish in its environment and thus offer us what it has best.

The winemaker's role is therefore to preserve this treasure in order to offer consumers healthy and high-quality products.
