Description of the wine :

This crémant is a blend between Pinot Blanc (45%), Auxerrois (45%) and Chardonnay (10%). Fresh, dry and fruity

Vinification: This sparkling wine is elabored following the traditionnel method. A pressure in whole grapes, a slow fermentation, a storage "on laths" between 12 and 18 month, allows this wine to present very fine and delicate bubbles

Food and wine pairing: Well balanced, this fresh and fruity "crémant" present a long aftertaste. It is perfect as an aperitif or with desserts. A wine for all occasions...

Serve: This wine should be served at a temperature situated between 8 and 10 °C
